How to Change Your Custom Subdomain for your File-Sharing Portal

You can personalise the URL of your Artworker file-sharing portal by setting a custom subdomain. This is especially handy for branding and easy access—your portal will look something like `yourstudio.artworker.io`.

Steps to Update Your Subdomain

1. Log in to your Artworker account

Head to https://app.artworker.io/settings/company-page

2. Navigate to the Company Page settings

In the left-hand menu, under Customer Portal, click URL.

3. Enter your new subdomain

In the input field, type the subdomain you'd like to use.

Example: if you enter bestprintstudio, your portal will be available at

   https://bestprintstudio.artworker.io

4. Check availability

Make sure your chosen subdomain isn’t already taken. If it is, you’ll need to try another.

5. Click ‘Save’

Once you’re happy with the name and it’s available, hit the yellow Save button to apply the change.

6. View your page

Use the View your page button to instantly preview your updated portal.

📝 Notes

  • You can only set a subdomain that’s not already in use by another studio.

  • Your old subdomain will no longer work after the change, so be sure to update any bookmarks or links you’ve shared with clients.

  • When changing your subdomain, it may take a few minutes for it to become live. Check in incognito first to ensure a ‘page not available’ error isn’t cached.
