From the search field in the top navigation bar, type the contact’s name or email address.
Look under the Contacts section in the dropdown results and click the matching contact.
After clicking a contact in the search dropdown, the right-hand panel (the Contact Card) will slide into view.
At the top of this panel, you’ll see a section with the contact information.
Click on the small menu (three vertical dots) within the top right-hand side of this section.
In the dropdown menu that appears, select Edit Contact.
The Edit Contact form will open on the right-hand side.
Within the Edit Contact form, you can update the following fields:
Company (optional)
Use the dropdown to select a different company or begin typing to create a new one.
Contact (required)
Change the contact’s full name.
Contact Email (required)
Update the email address.
Contact Number (optional)
Enter or modify the contact’s phone number.
Tip: If you add a new company that doesn’t yet exist, simply click the “Create new contact” button.
If you change the Contact Email and this contact already has jobs with automated emails (for example, proof-requests or artwork requests), Artworker will detect the update.
A prompt will appear asking if you wish to resend previous emails to the new address. You can choose to resend all of those messages.
Once you save (and optionally resend emails), the Contact Card will refresh to show the updated details.
